S- Social Development
Social development is fostered through meaningful relationships and shared experiences. At Rosemount, children engage in group activities, collaborative play and guided peer interactions that help them develop communication skills, cooperation, empathy and confidence. These experiences cultivate a strong sense of belonging and positive social behaviour.
P- Physical Development
Physical development is an essential component of early learning. Our curriculum incorporates structured play, movement, sports and hands-on activities that strengthen both gross and fine motor skills. Through active participation, children develop coordination, balance, body awareness and healthy habits that support overall well-being.
I- Integrity & Values
Developing integrity and strong values is fundamental to character formation. At Rosemount, children are guided to understand kindness, respect, responsibility, honesty and empathy through daily interactions and positive role modelling. These experiences help children make thoughtful choices and build a strong moral foundation from an early age.
C- Cognitive Development
Cognitive development is nurtured through curiosity, exploration and inquiry. Children are introduced to language, numeracy, science and their environment through experiential learning. By observing, questioning and problem-solving, they develop critical thinking skills, creativity and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
E- Emotional Development
Emotional development supports a child’s confidence and well-being. Through age-appropriate activities, reflection and guided expression, children learn to understand and manage their emotions. This focus on emotional awareness helps build resilience, self-regulation and positive relationships in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our Holistic Framework – SPICE
At Rosemount, we believe that early education is about nurturing the whole child, not solely academic achievement. Children thrive when they feel confident, supported and valued. The SPICE framework forms the foundation of the Rosemount Curriculum – IGNITE and is thoughtfully designed to guide each child’s growth during their most formative years. SPICE represents five interconnected areas of development that work together to shape balanced, resilient and capable learners.

Our S.T.E.A.M. Learning Environment Nurturing Curiosity. Building Thinkers. Preparing Future Innovators.
At our preschool, S.T.E.A.M. is not a subject block or a weekly activity. It is how children explore, question, create and make sense of the world around them. By introducing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math at an early age, we help children develop curiosity, confidence and problem-solving skills that grow with them.
