Director & CEO
Mr. Trilok G is a visionary leader dedicated to redefining early childhood education through innovation and purpose. With over 14 years of experience in management, operations, and strategic leadership, he has worked with leading organizations such as Tata Group, Bharti Airtel Ltd, and Reliance Group, building strong expertise in operational excellence. His experience in the education sector with Zee Learn Ltd gave him valuable insights into preschool management and child development. This allows him to combine structured systems with a child-centric approach. At Rosemount Preschool, he leads with a clear mission to create a safe, efficient, and world-class learning environment that nurtures creativity, curiosity, and holistic growth. He believes early education should go beyond academics, focusing on confidence and a lifelong love for learning. Through strategic leadership and a deep passion for education, Mr. Trilok continues to shape meaningful learning experiences for young minds.
Jullian Bharat
Founder Director (Growth)
Jullian, Founder & Director of Rosemount International Preschool since 2017, brings over 26 years of experience in the education industry. He has led the conception, launch, and growth of a dynamic education enterprise focused on innovative learning solutions, skill development programs, and scalable digital platforms. With a strong strategic vision, he has successfully expanded the organization to over 80 franchise units across India. His leadership integrates technology with education, implementing LMS, AI-driven analytics, and ERP systems to enhance learner engagement and streamline operations. Jullian has also driven business growth through multi-channel sales strategies and a robust franchise model supported by standardized systems. His ability to build and manage institutional partnerships with universities, vocational institutions, and NGOs further strengthens the organization’s impact. His core strengths lie in strategic leadership, digital integration, franchise development, and stakeholder management.

Co - Founder Director (Academics)
Rita D’Souza is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in Leadership Training, Learning & Development, and Education. An internationally certified Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Coach, she specializes in training, instructional design, and educational operations. Her experience spans industries such as Banking, Insurance, HR Development, and Education, giving her a strong understanding of people and organizational growth. She has worked in diverse multicultural environments, strengthening her global outlook. Rita has researched education systems across India, the UAE, Brazil, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka, bringing valuable international insights into academic leadership and innovation. Her approach integrates structured learning with emotional intelligence to create meaningful impact. She continues to play a key role in shaping modern education and leadership practices through her extensive experience and global perspective.
